Espresso Machine:

Step 1: Fill the portafilter with finely ground coffee. About 18-20 grams. Tamp it down firmly, but not like you’re Hulk.
Step 2: Lock the portafilter into the machine. Secure it like you mean it.
Step 3: Start the machine and watch the magic. Enjoy the crema – it’s the frothy crown.
Step 4: Sip and savor. You’re basically in Italy now.
